929 is an educational app developed by the Center for Educational Technology. It is a project dedicated to creating a global Jewish conversation around issues that unite and divide us, all inspired by the text. The app invites you to read the Bible in a new way: one chapter a day, in order. Everyone reads together, yet each person can read on their own, whether using the app, the website, or a physical Bible.
Every day, the daily chapter changes in the app and on the website, accompanied by diverse interpretations, summaries, contextual information, videos, and images. For those who prefer listening, there are also audio recordings of each chapter. The app allows you to set personal reading reminders - daily or weekly, at your convenience. You can also follow and receive notifications whenever a beloved writer's commentary is published.
This project is supported by prominent creators in Israel, representing various backgrounds in spirituality, religion, culture, and art.
